1. Pending 501(c)(3) Status

We are currently in the process of obtaining our 501(c)(3) nonprofit designation from the IRS. Until our designation is approved, certain tax-deductible provisions may not yet apply. Once our status is confirmed, this Privacy Policy will be updated to reflect our official nonprofit designation and any additional compliance measures required.

Please note the Site is intended for use by residents of the U.S. only who are over the age of eighteen (18). We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children younger than thirteen (13) years of age.

8. 501(c)(3) Compliance & Financial Transparency

We are in the process of obtaining tax-exempt status under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Until final approval, tax-deductibility of donations is subject to IRS determination. Our financial statements, IRS Form 990 (once applicable), and other reports will be available upon request or through publicly available sources.
